Rare Meteor Bloodlines!
Carabella

AOA# 844774DOB: 12/10/200222 yrs
Carabella is one of the last remaining daughters of Meteor, a suri herd sire who had a huge impact in the early suri industry in the US. Meteor was known for his density and intense deep maroon color, with the ability to pass on his lock and density to his offspring. Carabella's dam is 4Peruvian Cale, dam of Cantano of Peru who sold for $265,000 at auction in 2002. Carabella is the HALF SISTER to Cantano of Peru!
While Carabella's current photo does not due her any justice, she has correct conformation, a good bite, and good regrowth of her fleece each year. She still sheared a 3lb 4 oz blanket, so the density and quantity of fleece has lasted over the years. She produced a sorted Grade 2 and Grade 3 blanket.
Carabella is a good production dam, ad is ready to breed now. She still has the capability to produce another 3-5 crias and is in good health. This is a proven dam with great, rare foundation genetics as both sire and dam are now deceased. She would be great for a new farm that needs experienced dams that are easy to breed, give birth easily, and are good mothers with plenty of milk. If you worry about your crias being born while you are not there, then this is the female for you - she does it all for you!
She is not currently bred, but can be bred to a Wild Rose Suri Ranch or Rainbow Mountain Alpacas herd sire for a greatly reduced fee with her purchase.
Check out her daughters and sons who are also in the sale: Cartella, a prove producer, Cinnamon Twist, a proven producer, and Bella's Dusty, a junior herd sire.
