Cuvee had a rough start, being born at 310 days at the beginning of a cold winter. He is a bit lanky, with a bare face, but his fleece is showing what Jacob Black is known for. Put him with a square girl with a short nose and full face, and the results should be spectacular! Color test results are in: EE aa; black fiber and black skin; classic grey. Can produce black, cannot produce white. Cuvee has three on the ground in 2025. All girls! One black who is large and spunky, one very dark silver grey (ok, maybe black with tuxedo markings) who is the cutest thing ever with her panda face, and one brown who is lady-like and dainty. (Two dams are black, one is bay black). We are done breeding our own girls for the year, so Cuvee would love to have one of your girls come visit him. $500 for a drive-by breeding (drive by as many times as needed). Or, leave your girl for $4/day.

Black Lace comes from a grey, 3X Color Champion dam and some of the most sought after Snowmass names in the alpaca industry - Snowmass Andean Bronze, Snowmass Legacy's Joy, Snowmass Royal Rose, Snowmass Andean Joy, Snowmass Dream XXXtreme, and Snowmass XXXtreme. On her dam's side she carries PPeruvian Felix, NWA, LTD Accoyo's Goldsmith, 6Peruvian Silver Cesario, 6Peruvian Camilo, Sugarloafs Gracie Rose, and Metallica Rose by Goldsmith. Black Lace is true black, non-fading, with no white or any other color fiber. She is square, with perfect conformation and bite, and built to be the perfect foundation dam. She has straight, strong bone structure, and a wide stance. And, plus - you know if she's pregnant - the first few months she won't let you touch her, but then calms down. But she's a great read! - agressive to the males throughout the pregnancy. Unfortunately, can't go by just looks alone to determine if she's pregnant (she likes her food). Black Lace is healthy, curious, and easy to handle. Time to move some of our herd and get new blood in. Lace has a dark silver female cria (born late April 2024) by side. Lace will be available to leave no sooner than November 2024 (but cria stays here). Lace has been bred to Silver Cuvee (a Jacob Black grandson) for a July 2025 cria.
