Carbon takes after his sire, Avalon's Jacob Black - 19X champion black who stamps his mark on all his cria. It's no surprise that Jacob Black took the 2015 & 2016 Dark Reserve Championship at the Futurity. Jacob Black's bloodlines have been closed to the outside, so we are thrilled to have him in the Pacific Northwest. Carbon has cria on the ground now and we are excited about the 2017 show season! Yes….clearly a different name for a “stud” female, but since she is sired by Greener Pasture’s Pearl Jam, we thought it was befitting to honor her sire's namesake - Pearl Jam. Solder of Love is a song from their repertoire – we thought it fit nicely with our patriotic theme. Her sire, Pearl Jam has won many awards in the impressive “white” classes across the country including Judges Choice. He is a Caligula Poseidon son with the attributes of a champion. Lovie is a medium fawn, her fleece rich with gold & copper tones – pulling the color from her mom, Crescent Moon’s Solana – also a producer of champions. She has even thrown dark offspring consistently.
