Remy is a FANTASTIC herdsire. He knows his job and has amazing fleece with a Snowmass breeding history. He has a very friendly, calm, curious demeanor. He is extremely handsome and will throw his head like he knows it. Kerri was a maiden in 2020 when she came to us. She was bred in summer of 2020 to an unregistered male and gave birth to twins in 2021. The first cria survived and the second cria was born still born. The surviving cria, Griffin, went on to another farm. In 2021, Kerri was bred to Remy to a 2022 cria and she delivered, unassisted, a BEAUTIFUL black male cria (MJ's MAN IN THE MIRROR) with markings exactly like her. She is an amazing dam and very attentive to her cria. She is very friendly and will eat out of your hand and be your best friend. Shearing time, she is the worst screamer and spitter in the herd. We love her dearly and are happy to have her in our herd! She was bred again to Remy for 2023, but it did not take, so we will try again in spring of 2024 with our new black herdsire Prosper.....OR SO WE THOUGHT!! Either I forgot she was hand bred or Remy got into the girls paddock for just enough time to do the deed!! Kerri had a beautiful male cria on May 12, 2024, unassisted, and I will say she hid that pregnancy VERY well, much like she hid the twins. It will be hard to move this girl along, but we have decided to put her up for sale for another farm to love her. She was bred to 3x champion 7 HEAVEN PROSPER for a cria due around 2025/05/14.
